We want you to be completely satisfied with your Original Love Blanket™; if you are not fully in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Our goal is to ensure every customer finds the perfect comfort, so we make our exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the blanket in its original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
